Who We Are
Lutz's Surveying Services owner, Eric Lutz, has been a licensed surveyor in the state of Ohio since 1989.

Eric received his AAS in Land Surveying from Cincinnati Technical College in 1980. He then began his surveying career in 1984 as a Crew Chief supervising the field work for boundary surveys and construction layout. Eric has been working within the industry ever since and is an active member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio.
What We Do
Lutz's Surveying Services, LLC is a family owned and operated business and provide surveying services to meet a wide variety of needs. With a focus on Southwestern Ohio, our main counties of operation are: Clermont, Warren, Clinton, Butler, and Hamilton. We utilize current robotic and GPS technologies to accomplish dependably accurate field work. Our belief is the job is not finished until you are completely satisfied.
