BOUNDARY / LOT SPLIT / CONSOLIDATION
As little as tenths to several hundred acres, this is the fundamental discipline of surveying and the most common type of survey for residential clients. Whether we are resurveying existing parcels or creating new ones, Lutz's Surveying Services is here to help.
CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT / STAKING
New builds, structures, and all types of infrastructure require careful planning and engineering before the first shovel makes contact with the dirt. The success of any project is made possible by starting off on the right foot. We have the technology, knowledge, and experience to transform that data from plans on paper to physical points in the field.
SITE PLANS / MORTGAGE LOCATION
County agencies often require information and a drawing of proposed construction relative to existing conditions. Similarly, lenders sometimes want the same information as it relates to existing structures. We have helped numerous customers in both scenarios.
TOPOGRAPHIC / AS-BUILT
A more detailed survey in terms of reported data, topographic surveys are often a necessary step in the construction process. This survey shows existing structures, improvements, and utilities and their associated elevations. As-Built surveys are required when the finished product differs from the planned layout. As-Built surveys are a representation of how a project was exactly installed.
LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
As technology has improved so have standards. County agencies may require a survey and a new written legal description that comply with said standards.
